Ingredients:
Original Graham Crackers
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Suga’, Suga’
8 Oz + 3 Oz Packs Cream Cheese
1 Box Lime Gelatin
1 Cup Boiling Water
16 Oz Cool Whip
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl crush up one package (about 10) graham crackers.
Step 2: Add a 1/2 cup of suga, suga and a 1/2 stick of melted butta’- mix them all together.
Step 3: Spread the graham cracker mixture evenly on the bottom of a 9'x 13' pan- save about a 1/2 cup- this will go on top of the dessert when you serve it.
(PS. A jelly roll pan works great too- Hope there is a big crowd at Monday Night Dinner tonight...)
Step 4: In a separate bowl whip both packs of cream cheese together.
Step 5: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then add the lime gelatin and stir.
Step 6: Slowly combine the gelatin and cream cheese mixture- (it should be very soupy- don’t worry that's what it's supposed to look like.)
Step 7: Add a 16 oz container of cool whip to the gelatin cream cheese mixture and stir- put a little elbow grease into it.
Step 8: Pour the combined mixture into your 9'x 13' pan and chill for 20 minutes.
EnJOY!!!
